We're open Wednesday through Sunday for breakfast and lunch in the heart of downtown Kitchener. We're in early every morning baking fresh breakfast pastries, and we're known for our muffins: Banana Split, PB & J, Peach Mango Crumble, Butter Tart and more.
We use the freshest ingredients and make everything from scratch, including our hollandaise, Caesar dressing and burgers. We're not licensed, but we do serve espresso drinks and smoothies.
Darryl earned his Red Seal at George Brown College in 1990 and has worked as head or executive chef at Charlie's Restaurant, Pinestone Resort and the Walper Hotel, and was owner and chef of the Rum Runner Pub, over a two-decade career. He now owns and runs Darlise Cafe and teaches part time at Liaison College in Kitchener.
